Children who are between ages three and five may qualify for ECAP depending upon their family income. ECAP is a free half-day preschool program that can be combined with POC to provide all-day care and programming. ECAP offers additional family and health services as well as classrooms that adhere national Head Start standards for curriculum, teacher training and development, health, safety, nutrition, and more.
